You can check the status of your parcel in ( shipping reservation and status check of parcel page)

Is there compensation insurance?

Yes.
  There is up to a two million yen guarantee if the product you received is broken or
  did not received complete order with express mail service(EMS).
  It is free if price of any items is under twenty thousand yen, but if the price of
  any items cost more ,you will have to pay fifty yen for each twenty thousand yen.
  If you would like to have compensation insurance, please apply for it when you place order.

What will happen to the parcel if I am not home?

There will be a card posted with contact detail to arrange redelivery.
  Please keep in mind that your parcel will be returned to our company,
  if you do not collect after passing the storage period.
  Please contact our company to re-issue when parcel is returned to us.
  It is your responsibility for re-dispatch of international shipping fee and insurance fee.
  Furthermore, after 90 day in our company, we will dispose your parcel.

Can you return the product I bought on shopping site to the shop?

Our company does not accept returned goods.
  We follow the rule of each mail order shop with returned goods.

What should I do when product I received is damaged?

When product is damaged, please follow the procedure.
  ①Keep all the damaged product, packing and the box when you received .
   (you may need them when applying for compensation).
  ②Take couple of pictures of damaged product.
  ③Go to post office with picture, picture of damaged product and delivery refrain.
   (take these 3 items)
  ④Apply for damage report at post office.
  ⑤Send a damaged product picture to the tikuykazoku customer support (solution@askme.jp)
   after obtaining damage report.
  ⑥Our company apply for compensation to the Japan post.
  ⑦Japan post cover the cost of original purchase price.

For custom duty, what kind of parcel, name of product, price of product.
  it is up to custom officials. In that case, customer have to pay duty.
  we can not predict the customs charges, therefore we can not answer those question.

When your parcel is stopped in customs clearance,you should contact local customs
  and follow their advice.
